"When we were first looking to design our salon, it seemed like most of what was out on the market was done very cheaply and was very generic. There was nothing exciting to it, nothing new. We chose custom design furnishings and fixtures for our salon because I was looking for something different.

A friend first told me about Inner-Salon, so we had a conversation with Curt [Brannon, Inner-Salon president], then flew out to Omaha to see his operation. It really didn't make a difference to me, working with an out-of-state company, because we were in constant communication with the folks at Inner-Salon, through phone and fax. If I'd worked with anyone closer, I still would've had to travel. I think it was actually much easier doing it this way. I had ideas about what I wanted the salon to look like. I worked with their designers, mostly via fax, and we came to a plan together that worked for both of us.

The salon itself came out better than we could've expected - we're really pleased. We've had very positive feedback. Our salon is beautiful, individualized, and very unique. It doesn't seem like a production line. Everyone has their own little space.

From our first meeting, Curt was very honest and forthright. I liked what he did and said, and he had integrity. As it turns out, he backed up his word and gave us everything he said he was going to, and more. It's been a real pleasure doing business with him. Aside from being business, I feel like I now have a friend in Omaha. I'd highly recommend Inner-Salon to others - they provide great service and quality work at a fair price."
