"My daughter in California was our designer. She designed the stations and was the one who really thought we needed to go with custom furnishings and equipment. I felt that Inner-Salon was one of the few suppliers here where we could get custom pieces rather than cookie-cutter products. We played with our design back and forth and found that working together as a team was a smooth process. Inner-Salon was able to build everything custom for us from our designer's specifications. The response to our finished salon has been great. We've had people come in from all over the country who've heard about us. The salon has a very warm feeling when you walk in, very elegant, upscale, and yet, comfortable. We've also been very satisfied with our furnishings and equipment. It's been four years and they've held up beautifully. In addition, our operators feel it's a very workable salon, and you can't say that about all of them.
