"We chose custom design furnishings and fixtures for our salon because we wanted something unique. We wanted it to stand out from all the others and really make a statement, and you need custom pieces to achieve that. I think we've accomplished that because our clients tell us we have the best looking salon in the city. It has a very warm, comfortable environment.

Of course, initially, we had reservations about working with a company long-distance. It's always easier to work with someone locally. But in the end, I think it all worked out well. We communicated mostly by phone and by fax. We did make a trip out to Omaha to Inner-Salon's showroom and production facility before we made our purchases. It really helped us to see what they did in terms of quality, and that they had the set-up to handle the process. The trip helped us to make our final decision.

Curt [Brannon, Inner-Salon president and Monty [Johnson] also came out to help with the installation. The process moved along smoothly, we were really happy with the final results. The furnishings and everything really looked great, and Curt and Monty helped us take care of some functionality issues that we had to address when everything came in.

I'd definitely recommend Inner-Salon to others. The quality they provided made the difference, and in terms of cost, they were competitive with anything available locally. If you're looking to create a unique look for your salon, and not what everybody else has, then I think Inner-Salon is the way to go."
