Create an Account

To manage your location online, you will need to create an account.

  1. Fill in your contact information, and choose a username and password.
  2. Select the Franchise your store belongs to.
  3. Enter the Store Name. Your store's name should be a code, typically the state abbreviation and a dash followed by a numeric designation.
    EX: NE-002
  4. Enter your expected delivery date. This date is not a guarantee of delivery.
  5. Enter your location's address.
  6. Enter your credit card information if you would like Inner-Salon to have it on file. This step is not required.

Press "Create Account" when you have filled out the form completely. Once your account has been created, press "Client Log In" on the left and enter your username and password to begin.

Edit My Profile

If you have moved, changed your email address, would like to change your password, or your credit card information is out of date, press "Edit My Profile" after you have logged in. This information can be updated at any time.

Add a New Location

If you have more than one franchise location, you can add more to your account by pressing "Add a New Location" in the left hand navigation.

  1. Select the Franchise your store belongs to.
  2. Enter the Store Name. Your store's name should be a code, typically the state abbreviation and a dash followed by a numeric designation.
    EX: NE-002
  3. Enter your expected delivery date. This date is not a guarantee of delivery.
  4. Enter your location's address.

Press "Add Location" when the form is completed. The location you are currently managing will be displayed in the upper right corner. To change the current location, simply change the store name with the drop-down box. Proposals, PDF Plans, Locations Status, Payments, and the Post-Delivery feedback change depending location you are currently managing.

Edit My Locations

If you need to make a change to a location's information, select "Edit My Locations".

A pre-filled form will start you off. Make the updates as needed, and press "Edit Location". If you need to remove the location, press "Delete Location".

If you have multiple locations, you can any of them by changing the Current Store in the upper right corner of the page.

If you need to change your expected opening date, contact Inner-Salon.

Store Proposals and PDF Plans

Store Proposals and PDF Plans are made available to you for download. Pressing "Store Proposals" or "PDF Plans" on the right. All available files will be listed. To download to your computer, click the file link.

Location Status

By clicking "Location Status", you will see the production progress of the store you are currently managing, as well as payment information.

Make a Payment

If you need to make a deposit or pay your balance, select "Make a Payment" on the left. Fill in your billing address and deposit amount.

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or check. If paying by credit card, fill in all the required information. If paying by check, enter the date when we can expect to receive it.

You may not make a payment if you currently have a payment pending.

Once your payment has been processed, you will get a confirmation email and your location's status will be updated.

Post-Delivery Feedback

Once your store is up and running, let us know how everything went. Select "Post-Delivery Feedback" from the navigation and fill out the form. Your responses are important, and help us to better meet your needs.

When you have completed the form, press "Send Feedback".
